I subscribed to their monthly service and cannot access their website. Even the link on the review of them here does not work – get the message either “Server not found”, or Address not found. I have emailed their support and have not hear anything back. Have tried different platforms such as Mac & PC and four different browsers. What’s up with this? Not impressed at this point with a VPS service that has no access for three days now!

If you still can’t access the website you may use proxy server to log into the site.

I signed up today (12/4/08) for Hoster Ralph, did you get set up yet? I did not receive a confirmation email either and not in my spam folder. Anyone using them here? Sounds good to me and i am doing great with FAPTURBO!

I signed up on 11/25/08 and have not had any response from them even after a dozen emails to them. The email account I used does not have any filters on it whatsoever since I don’t give it to just anyone. My emails to them have been polite but they will not contact me. I’ve read the FAQ’s and been all over their site. they just wont respond! There is a message on the site –
“Dear Traders
We are currently undergoing a number of Network related changes. As such, it may take longer to process new accounts. We thank you for allowing us the time to address issues related to these changes.
Every client waiting for an account for more than 48 hours will be given 2 weeks of service for free.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.”
They will not return emails to give any indication of how long this will take. I’m ready to cancel. Does anyone know of any other provider for this kind of service? Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Thank you for your contribution and for sharing your own experience with forex hoster product.
First, I am agree with you that not replying the customer’s e-mails is something totally unprofessional.
Second, I think they have problems with their service because they have a very heavy load from the huge amount of customers that using their system and for that they need time to adapt their system for the heavy load.

It is now 12/13/08 and I have attempted to contact ForexHoster four more times via their website and their email support. The result is the same, no response. They have taken my money and not provided the service, and worse they do not respond to emails which is the only way to get in touch with anyone at the company. I can understand being overwhelmed by more than expected sign ups for service, but I do not understand dozens of attempts of over almost three weeks now and not one response. All that I can say is beware. Is there anybody that has or is subscribing to their service that can make me feel any other way than that are a scam? If you are just an Affiliate of theirs please don’t respond and if you are I wonder if you are getting your Affiliate checks from them?

First, I am totally agree with you that It’s a very bad thing not to reply the customer’s e-mails.
Second, Their system appear to be unprofessional at all because there severs crash after the product release by only one week.
Third, I wish other’s people gives us their experiences with this system to make sure it’s a common problem.
Fourth, I do not think its a scam because it’s one of the clickbank products, but if you think its scam you can report clickbank and they will response very fast.
Fifth, All the clickbank affiliates not taking their money from any provider but they take their commission from clickbank directly.
